M-am trezit azi la 7.30. Pana m-am dezmeticit, sotul era deja in curte. Dadea zapada si se juca cu Atlas (catelul vecinilor). M-am gadit sa-i fac o surpriza si sa-i pregatesc micul dejun, de post.
Mi-a venit in minte “masala chai”, un ceai delicios cu aroma indiana. L-am turnat in cescutele de la Delicii si langa am pregatit cornulete de post, fructe si mix de nuci.
Am luat micul dejun impreuna, ne-am facut planuri pentru weekend si am povestit despre camera micutei noastre. Un inceput de zi perfect! :)
Reteta pentru Chai Masala:
Ingrediente:
2-3 linguri ceai negru
2 cani lapte de migdale sau de cocos
1 lingurita cardamon
1 anason
4-5 cuisoare
1/2 lingurita ghimbir ras
Se pune laptele la fiert, se adauga condimentele si ghimbirul. Se lasa compozitia pe foc aproximativ 4-5 minute.
Reteta cornulete de post:
Ingrediente:
250 ml ulei de palmier
125 ml bors
500 g faina integrala de grau
o nuca drojdie proaspata
sare
magiun
Preparare:
Amesteca drojdia cu borsul, uleiul de palmier, sarea si faina. Se omogenizeaza compozitia si se lasa la dospit aprox 30 minute.
Se intinde coca, se taie in patratele si pe mijlocul fiecarui patrat de pune magiun. Se invarte si astfel obtinem coruletele. Se pun la cuptor aprox 25-30 de minute la 180 de grade.
Sper sa-ti placa si tie propunerea mea de azi. Sotul a fost incantat! :)

I woke up at 7:30 today. By the time I was wide awake, my husband was already in the yard. He was shovelling the snow and playing with Atlas (the neighbor’s puppy). I was glad to surprise him and prepare his breakfast, suitable for the fasting period.
I thought of “Chai Masai”, a delicious Indian-flavored tea. I poured it into the cups from Delicii and next I prepared the Romanian “cornulete”, fruit and mix of nuts.
We had breakfast together, made plans for the weekend and talked about our little daughter’s room. A perfect start start for the day! 🙂
Recipe for Chai Masala:
ingredients:
2-3 tablespoons of black tea
2 cups of almond or coconut milk
1 teaspoon of cardamom
1 anise
4-5 cloves
1/2 teaspoon raspberry ginger
Bring the milk to the boiling point, then add the spices and ginger. Leave the composition on fire for about 4-5 minutes.
Recipe for the “cornulete”:
ingredients:
250 ml palm oil
125 ml bors
500 g whole wheat flour
a nut-sized piece of fresh yeast
salt
jam
Preparation:
Combine the yeast with bors, palm oil, salt and flour. Homogenize the composition and let it grow for about 30 minutes.
Spread the dough, cut it into squares and, in the middle of each square, place some jam. Then, roll up the cookie. Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
