Am revenit cu o noua reteta, foarte potrivita pentru cei care doresc sa manance ceva bun, rapid si sanatos.
Asadar, cartofii dulci au o multime de proprietati care te pot motiva sa nu-i ocolesti.
Sunt o sursa foarte buna de vitamina B6, C, D, produc colagen care ajuta la elasticitatea pielii, fier care ajuta la imunitate, magneziu care ajuta la stres si reprezinta o sursa foarte buna de potasiu.
Eu mananc cartofi dulci sub forma de piure, tocanita in stil asiatic, sau la cuptor sub forma retei de mai jos.

Ingrediente:

5-6 carofi dulci
6 linguri iaurt
mix de seminte
ulei de susan cateva linguri
rozmarin

Preparare:

Se spala bine cartofii si se cresteza pe mijloc. Se pun la cuptor la 180 grade si se tin aproximativ 25-30 min. Verifici cu furculita ca sa fii sigura ca sunt gata.

Ii tai apoi in jumate, adaugi in mijloc iaurtul, semintele, uleiul de susan si rozmarinul.

Sper sa-ti placa reteta si mai ales sper sa o testezi. :)

    Buna, eu ii tai felii, le pun ulei de masline, sare, ierburi aromate si ii bag la cuptor. Apoi rad peste ei branza de capra sau parmezan, ori pun langa un sos de avocado cu rosii in functie de ce chef am in ziua respectiva . Yum yum :)
